My Name is Tasha and I have worked at Countryside Nurseries since 2015 where I started my career in childcare at our sister nursery, Little Willows in Flackwell Heath.
During this time, I completed my Level 3 childcare qualification and was Deputy Manager before going on maternity leave.
I have a Level 3 qualification in SEND and was Special Educational Needs Coordinator where I cared for children with Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD and other needs and worked closely with the families and professionals such as Speech and Language and Physiotherapists.
In 2024 I became a mum to my son, and I have now returned as Manager at our new nursery. Being a parent has given me an increased understanding on what is important in a nursery, and I plan to bring that to Fir Trees.
I pride myself on working closely with families to build strong relationships and support the children to develop to their full potential.
We have just opened and now looking forward to showing prospective parents around our lovely nursery. Registered for 40 children from babies, toddlers to pre-school we are small enough to know each of the children and provide a home from home environment.
The Famly App keeps parents fully connected with their child’s nursery life, sharing updates, photos, and progress in real time. It supports collaboration between parents and staff to enhance learning, wellbeing, and communication.
